Waking up to breathtaking views over the bay and mountains, along with the peaceful atmosphere really made my stay special. the nearby Church of St Eustachius and the beautiful Perast area are both just a short walk away, making it easy for me to explore charming landmarks at my leisure.

Stunning views from the Junior Suite Ground Floor made mornings feel special. However, the lack of elevator access was a hassle.

i absolutely thought i would have a wonderful stay, but the staff treated me poorly, and the air conditioning was a disaster. woudl have been nice to receive a complimentary upgrade for putting up with all this, but instead, i got ignored. just couldn't leave a good review, could i?

Staying at Casa Del Mare felt like a retreat with stunning views across Kotor Bay every morning. The Junior Suite Sea View opened right onto a large, private balcony, where sipping coffee felt magical. Breakfast at the restaurant was a treat. a buffet packed with fresh fruits and pastry options. A menu offering local dishes. I especially loved the Montenegro Style French Toast. The atmosphere was cozy, and the intimate size of the hotel meant I experienced attentive service. The beach was incredible, offering direct access with sun loungers ready for lounging right by the water. However, the management could improve on the staff's professionalism at times. A few waiters seemed overwhelmed, and there were moments when it felt the service lagged, especially during busy hours. While the beach was lovely, I did find the absence of service on the beach frustrating, requiring trips up to the restaurant for drinks. Overall, the location allowed easy access to explore Kotor, but communication regarding services could use some clarity. If improvements were made, this place could be perfect for a peaceful getaway.

No elevator access was a hassle, especially staying on the top floor with young kids—left the pram in the lobby. Wi-Fi struggled to keep up on the upper levels too. Also, be aware that the sunbed allocation is limited to two per room. can be a real downside if you have a bigger crew.

It was just a good match for a transient visit in Kotor with best value for money ratio. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed assistance with the luggage. Make sure to ask about sunbed availability early in your stay.

The mornings were perfection, waking up to fine views and the best breakfast we've had in a long time. Sasa really knew his way around the menu, recommending dishes that ahh, blew our minds.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for what we got, I can't complain.
